How to install Windows 10 from USB with UEFI support using Media Creation Tool

If your system facing issues with windows 10 OS you need an Install bootable USB UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) bootable media and an important note that you have to use correct media that supports motherboard firmware type.

There are several methods and media creation tools available to create a USB bootable media as per the firmware type. Download a media creation tool from the website https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10 and connect the USB drive with min 8GB space. Below are the steps for creating the USB Bootable UEFI Media for Windows 10.

  • Click on the above link and download the tool
  • Double click on Media Creation Tool.exe
  • Click the Accept button and aggrege for Microsoft terms.
  • Select the Create Installation Media (USB, DVD or ISO file) for another PC option.\
  • Click The Next Button
  • Clear the use Recommended Options for this PC
  • Select correct language, architecture and edition of Windows 10
  • Click the Next button
  • Select the USB Flash Drive Option
  • Click the Next Button
  • Select the removable drive from the list (If you don’t see the drive click on Refresh drive list option)
  • Click The Next Button
  • Click the Finish Button

Once you complete the above steps, the tool will download the required files into your USB drive and make it as a Bootable Flash Drive with the support of UEFI and BIOS
